Your applications for VAT refund will be carried out by our office in Sarrebruck, to which all documents must be sent.

The documents will be checked, completed and given on your behalf to the concerned European Tax Authority.

We send you a file including : a power of attorney, a certificate of registration as taxpayer, a chronological list of your invoices

After the first year of cooperation, we will only need the following documents :
A tax certificate proving you as a VAT payer in your country. This document has to state your activity, your number of Intra-UE VAT as well as the official stamp of your Tax Authority.
Original documents are needed in every country in which you reclaim for VAT.
For every country a chronological list of your invoices will be needed.
The Tax Authority will only take in consideration the original invoices.
As soon as your documents have been checked by the concerned Tax Authority, the invoices will be sent back to you.

Once the decision of the Tax Authority is given, your documents as well as your VAT amount will be sent to you directly from the Chamber of Commerce or our partner in the concerned country, deducing our commission.
